About RidgeBay Agency
Our Mission
RidgeBay is a dedicated all-hazards Fire and EMS department serving urban, suburban, and rural communities, with plans to expand nationally and potentially internationally. As a combination department with both career staff and volunteers, we respond to any 911 call we receive, 24/7, through our own dispatch center and in coordination with city 911 dispatch centers via mutual aid agreements to ensure rapid and effective emergency responses.
Through these mutual aid agreements, including interstate support, we work to enhance response times and address gaps in emergency services. In addition to emergency response, RidgeBay is committed to community education and training. We conduct regular internal training to maintain the highest standards of readiness and coordinate joint exercises with partner agencies to strengthen collaboration and operational efficiency.
